摘要：

Efficiency of influencing of sauna on the processes of renewal of capacity of boxers. A question about the study of influencing and effect of application of sauna on the processes of renewal of capacity of boxers is examined in the article. Positive dynamics of parameters pressure pulse and state of health testify to efficacyy of application of a sauna for regeneration of a working capacity of sportsmen. A sauna as a deoxidiziry means, it is possible to recommend for incorporation in the program of preparation of boxers.
