This work describes the last part of a follow-up research conducted with 26 mothers, followed at the 7th month of pregnancy, and with their newborn children until their 3rd year of life. Several instruments have been used in order to study the evolution of the mothers' narrativ and respresentations (MATE-R interview, revision of Stern and coll.'s Entretien-R [70]) and with the purpose of checking the most important stages of the childs' development, with particular reference to the precocious risk of pathology signs (psychosomatic, parents' psychopathology, social sphere of origin, mother-child relationship) that we identified by using: - the Brunet - Lezine's test [15] with the purpose to realise the child's Development Quotient; - the Robert-Tissot and coll.'s Check list [64] about psychosomatic disorders; - the Terman-Merrill's test to quote the Intelligence Quotient [72]. With the intention of finding a contact point between the medical indexes of pathology and the Theory of Attachment we have also used Ainsworth and coll.'s ''Strange Situation'' [2] and Main and Goldwin's ''Adult Attachment Interview'' [53] which have shown to be well compatible with the previous ones, above all in case of a child's disorganized-disoriented behaviours and in case od losses or traumas which haven't been solved by the mother. At the third year of life of the child we made a twenty-minutes videorecording of a game activity between mother and child. Thus we have valued the interaction and the co-construction in Von Staabs' Test with a grid of variables suitable arranged. Our work's results show the high concordance among the several precocios-pathology indexes relating to the various instruments which have been used, regarding different theoretical and methodological fields: the contemporary presence of these indexes reveals itself able to foreshow to onset of some form of psychopathology in the three-year-old child, in fact the factors of attachment disorganization (''D'' at the S.S. and ''U'' at the A.A.I.) are related with the factor of narrative and representative disorganization (''D'' thematic and rigidity of perceptive scals) and with disharmonic development of the child at three years of life, expressed on any developmental axes. Finally, from a therapeutic point of view, the woman's ability to ''narrate herself'' seems to help the intervention, in which the narration set itself like new semeiology through which a precocious nucleus of psychopathology can be identified and treated.
