摘要
Vicinal C-13, H-1 coupling constants were used to establish the configuration of a 3,5-disubstituted nortricyclene. The assignment procedure is supported by independent measurements of C-13, H-2 coupling constants in 3-deuterionortricyclene and confirmed by H-1, H-1 NOE data for exo-3-N-acetylamino-exo-5-pivaloylnortricyclene.
