Intellectual property and protection of scientific research

The vertiginous development of communication and information technology and with them the new environment appearances has arisen great challenges to the copyright protection system that became in a discussion topic not only for lawyers but also for the scientific society where the royalties and patent rights were included. The present work objective is know about the royalties importance by the professionals' information and the role which play the university information center in this activity development and in the students' and professors' investigative result protection.
