摘要
The T (z) phase diagram of the system CuIn(Se(z)Te1-z)2 is obtained from X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis (DTA) measurements. DTA measurements are carried out on each sample and the transition temperatures are plotted as a function of alloy composition. Values of lattice parameter are determined in all the cases. Values of the optical energy gap at 300 and 70 K are obtained from optical absorption measurements.
