摘要
A preliminary survey of the vesicular arbuscular mycorrhizal (VAM) fungi in the root zone of two to four year old Casuarina equisetifolia L. plantations was carried out. Root zone soil samples up to 15 cm depth were collected and VA mycorrhizal spores were isolated. Five dominant spore types were isolated. The spores were identified up to the species level based on the revised synoptic key by Berch and Trappe (1993). All the five species belonged to the genus Glomus.
