摘要：

Treatment for osteochondral defects of the talus encompass a wide variety of procedures. Using proper patient selection and indications, fresh allografting of the talus can be used as an alternative to autologous grafting for lesions. Surgical results demonstrate the advantage to being able to anatomically resurface large lesions with little morbidity for young active patients. However, one must be aware of the complications such as graft fragmentation, collapse, and nonunion.
