摘要：

Let M-n(C) be the algebra of all complex n x n matrices. Let x(0) be a nonzero vector in C-n. We show that a linear unital map phi : M-n(C) -> M-n(C) preserves the inner local spectral radius zero at x(0), if and only if there exists an invertible matrix A is an element of M-n(C) such that phi(T) = AT A(-1).
