KINETICS OF DIFFRACTION EFFICIENCY OF LIGHT-INDUCED DYNAMIC GRATINGS IN THE LAYERS OF DISORDERED SEMICONDUCTORS

摘要
Temporal dependence of diffraction efficiency of light-induced dynamic gratings recorded in the layers of disordered semiconductors has been analyzed on the basis of the dispersion transport theory. It is shown that the light intensity diffracted in the first order decays according to a power law.
