摘要：

Non-profit organizations is a rapidly growing area of the economy in Europe. Also in Poland, the non-profit sector is an active participant in economic and social life. In non-profit organizations can play an important role in forming policy. It is now marginal, but the third sector will increasingly influence the transport policy directions should also be considered as a tool for implementing this policy.
