摘要
Magnetic-field sensors based on amorphous ribbons, ferrite-garnet films and semimagnetic semiconductors are described. Materials preparation and post-growth processing to achieve the best sensor parameters are discussed. A theory of sensors based on amorphous ribbons is proposed and parameters of sensors constructed on the basis of the materials discussed are given.
