A SURVEY OF THE PROFILES OF NARROW EMISSION-LINES IN SEYFERT-GALAXIES

We present an atlas of the nuclear spectra of 58 Seyfert galaxies and six galaxies with nuclear H n regions. For all but three galaxies, the range of rest wavelengths covered is ≃ 6000-6800 Å, with spectral resolution at Ha either 45 km s-1 or 130 km s-1'. Widths are given for the emission lines [Fe Vii] λ6086, [O I] X6300, Hα, [N II] λ6584, and [S II] λλ6717,6731. In all, we list widths for some 210 lines in 53 galaxies. A comparison is made between the present and previous line width measurements.
