摘要
This study aimed to evaluate the effect of bagging with white polyethylene bags on the quality and yield of sixteen peach cultivars and selections deployed in southern Minas Gerais. Were evaluated the yield, number of fruits per plant, longitudinal and transverse diameter, fruit weight, beyond titratable acidity, soluble solids, pH and soluble solids/acidity ratio and pulp/stone, comparing bagged and unbagged fruits of the harvest of 2011. The experiment consisted of factorial (cultivars x treatments) in blocks with four blocks and one plant per plot, which had its fruits counted and weighed. Fruit samples were taken for determination of physicochemical parameters. It was concluded that bagging improves the quality and productivity of fruit cultivars and selections tested.
