摘要
The effects of a moderate electrical field on the transport process in granular metals are examined. The study is led out with the use of the percolation theory. It is shown how the electrical field affects the tunneling and the activation probabilities. The result we obtain, a Poole-Frenkel effect, compared with experimental data, seems to be very conclusive. © 1990.
