摘要
The article aimed to propose methodological actions to achieve legal education and culture tax on students Pedagogical University (UCP) "Jose de la Luz y Caballero", and from these derive thematic interdisciplinary basis depending of educational work to be performed by the collective career year collectives and collective disciplines that enable the implementation of curriculum strategy. In the research the authors used methods of theoretical and empirical level. Among the theorists were: analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction. As empirical, documentary review. As findings raised the methodological guidelines presented, they were an outlet to comply with the curricular strategy of legal education and training of a tax culture, given the potential of the Professional Model and Plan of study, in relation to social custom the profession.
