摘要：
This paper is a result of the PhD thesis Education and employment: from the Theory of Human Capital to the Theory of Competences - The specific case of Asturias, where we discuss briefly the genesis and evolution of neoliberal Social Theories of Education and schooling. We also analyze the impact on Spanish public policy and education legislation in Spain since 196. Are included criticizes to techno-democratic approaches, referencing objections from Marxist inspiration Theories of Reproduction raised by Bourdieu, Medina or Lerena Aleson.
