摘要：
The necessity and practicality of the elaboration of a regional energy concept is established on basis of the situation in the eastern part of reunited Germany. The presented ZITTAUER ENERGIEKONZEPT 2020 is methodically based on a prognosis model for the determination of the energy demand according to different scenarios and on a model of linear optimization for the determination of variants of the energy demand satisfaction. Special results for a possible structure and usage of the generating equipment for power and heat are presented, but principal conclusions can be derived.
