摘要
Chromosome number and relative DNA content of nuclei of H. annuus were studied. The observations indicate conditions of aneusomaty both in the root and in the shoot apices of the seedling. Pollen mother cells were diploid with normal meiosis (17 bivalents) and 4C DNA content.
