Directions of perfection of educational process of students have forming spiritual-physical qualities are opened up in the article. Holdings on aerobics with accent on spiritual - physical development are injected. Introduction in teaching and educational process of holdings on aerobics has allowed to develop moral - aesthetic, spiritual - moral and spiritual - aesthetic qualities. Also to render positive effect on educational, moral, spiritual, educational spheres of development, on formation of the person of the student.
