Process of learning and digital inclusion in the elderly

摘要
The present study sought to know the conditions that facilitate and hinder the learning of computer use reported by students in a group of seniors who were part of a digital inclusion project. It was a quantitative, longitudinal and descriptive, with the application of a structured questionnaire with closed questions to 19 students aged less than 50 years about the difficulties and facilities of computer use. The main facilitating conditions listed by the participants referred to the attitudes of the teacher in the learning process, the good relationship between students and the teacher and the new friendships that emerged during the course considered motivating learning. The difficulty of memory is provided to make it more difficult pointed out by students. It was concluded that the activity with the computer can become enjoyable and stimulating through new friendships, the good relationship between students and the teacher provides the learning process.
