摘要
A coplanar millimetre wave slow wave structure for which phase velocity and characteristic impedance can be independently adjusted was fabricated and measured up to 40 GHz on semi-insulating GaAs. The phase velocity was matched to that of a GaAs/AlGaAs optical waveguide up to 40 GHz while keeping the characteristic impedance at 55 OMEGA.
