摘要
A guanine nucleotide binding protein tentatively designated Gs,(PIPK) which activates purified phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate kinase in vitro, has been partially purified from rat liver membranes and identified as a small G-protein with a molecular mass between 20 and 25 kDa. © 1990.
