摘要
The spinels under study are antiferromagnetic p type semiconductors. The decrease of the electrical conductivity with the increase of the concentration of the Ga ions in the sample is connected with the decrease of both the hole mobility and the hole concentration. The calculated value of the Fermi energy increases with the concentration x which points out the greater and greater contribution of the intrinsic character in the process of the electrical conductivity in Zn1 - xGa2x/3Cr2Se4. © 1990.
