This study comes to the outsourcing processes in the banking segment of the Brazilian economy, where this capital strategy ranges from support activities to nuclear. It is a reflection directed to the outsourcing of the workforce, whose workers toil in the physical space of Caixa Econmica Federal - CEF. The purpose was to reflect on the objective conditions offered by this type of work and its impact on the lives of outsourced workers. The research was developed in the said bank sales points in the city of Natal/RN, in the period from 2001 to 2009. It was found that the fear of unemployment and job insecurity exist in the outsourced work every day, becoming a source of injustice and exclusion in their lives. They lack a set of social benefits when compared to the permanent staff of the bank workers and are excluded from the application of the laws governing the employment contract of bank.
