摘要
Complex formation and extraction of ion associates formed between cobalt, rhodanide ions, and three cyanine dyes, derivatives of 1,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indolium, have been studied. Optimum conditions are specified and the main spectrophotometric characteristics of the extracts are determined. The molar absorption coefficient of the ion associates lies within the range of (1.5 - 2.5) x 10(5). A method for extractive-photometric determination of cobalt in nickel-based alloys is proposed.
