摘要
The role of elastic interaction between oxygen atoms for the formation of microstructures in YBa2Cu3O7 system is studied. Characteristic textures above and below the tetragonal-orthorombic transition temperature for single crystals and thin films are predicted and characterized both theoretically and in Monte-Carlo simulations.
