摘要
One new cholestane glycoside, six steroidal glycosides of spirostane series and one pregnane glycoside have been isolated from the roots of Solanum melongena L. Their structures were determined on the basis of chemical evidence and extensive spectroscopic methods including one-, two-dimensional NMR and MS analysis. In the roots of this plant the given compounds have been found out for the first time.
