摘要：

Tumors may arise from incompletely excised ovarian tissue in dogs. Dogs with estradiol or progesterone-secreting tumors may have clinical signs of persistent estrus or proestrus. Hyperestrogenism can cause dermatologic changes and suppression of the hematopoietic system. Treatment for dogs with a granulosa cell tumor involves removal of the estrogen source and blood product and antibiotic administration, as needed.
