摘要：
Effective Information Systems Strategic Planning (ISSP) is important for the success of modern organisations, but dysfunctional aspects of group decision making involved in contemporary ISSP have caused unsatisfactory results. This paper examines how the application of Group Decision Support System (GDSS) technology could facilitate better IS planning, commitment, and implementation. Discussion focuses on the use of networked and non-networked GDSS styles to support modern ISSP approaches, particularly the Australian Government's Corporate Information Technology Planning (CITP) guidelines.
