摘要：

The cooperative constitutes one of the most important sectors in the economy in any economic and social formation. Its fundamental cell is man's wholesome development, so that he be capable for facing, from a reflexive and creative position, the challenges that an efficient and effective administration of a cooperative company implies. It is the educational dimension in cooperative values the key for the future, conceived in a systematic way and on the basis of an appropriate methodological conception. In this perspective and departing from the theoretical foundation of human resource management in general, this paper intends to undertake an integral analysis of the education and formation processes for cooperative movement with the purpose of valuing the central aspects of this subject matter. Education constitutes the central element that leads to a true cooperative formation.
