摘要：

The purpose of this paper is to present the results of the treatment on a single patient harboring Gorham's disease of the spine. The diagnosis was established by biopsy. The patient underwent surgical stabilization of the cervical spine by using conventional Harrintong instrumentation, Radiotherapy (3OGy) was subsequently administered. The radiological picture showed a steady consolidation of bony lesions during a five-years follop-up. The patient remained symptom-free until his death, five years after diagnosis, resulting from myocardial infarction. The positive result of treatment and the rarity of this disorder are emphasized.
