摘要：
On the stage of manufacturing the quality of integrated circuits is greatly de-termined by on stability of technological processes. For researching of dis-cords of the technological processes detecting efficiency and usage of the theory of Brownian particles is suggested. Fredgolm integral equations of the 2nd kind for estimation of middle length series of selections of disar-ranged and arranged processes and probability of the first trajectory output beyond the lower line are obtained.
