International Labor Law impact on the Human Rights framework in Colombia

This article product of the investigation conducted under the research project entitled Colombian trade union legal model analysis, validity and construction of their reality by Colombian society analyzes the birth and projection of international law the world of work, as well as its impact on the Colombian case from the Constitution of 1991. Similarly, by using the methodology of discourse analysis the various pronouncements of the Colombian Constitutional Court against the concept of the constitutional and incorporating be studied ILO Conventions within the framework of human rights in our legal system.
