摘要
This article aimed to analyze the general problem of human rights and its implications for education, proposing a learning approach that could be appropriate in the teaching of this subject. The research was exploratory based on a literature review on the subject of "human rights" and "education and human rights - Human rights have been investigated from different points of view and using existing possibilities in Google Scholar, the main thematic searches reported, were established : It was concluded that the formal treatment of human rights is a danger that can lead that are being treated in a schematic way, limited to the established or declared, ignoring the complexity implicit in today's society in the fulfillment of them. A creative and non-formal approach to the issue of human rights starts from taking into account that it is about aspects inherent to the human being as well as a guarantee against possible abuses of power. The other aspect that cannot be ignored is to consider the moral aspects implicit in human rights, It is proposed to consider the Problem Based Learning (PBL) as an approach that can facilitate that human rights are not treated formally. The discussion of the factors that impede the fulfillment of human rights is a natural field for the application of PBL.
