摘要：
The crude oil available for the production of hydraulic and lubricating oils does not meet demand, and the alternatives are rather limited. One method of conserving this vital natural resource is to recycle the used oils. Re-refining is the most acceptable method for restoring these used oils to approximately their original specifications. By definition, recycle means to pass again through a cycle of changes or treatment. This paper defines the production of hydraulic and lubricating oils by re-refining.
