摘要
Although the principles of Environmental Education are underlying the PCN's, education researchers, scholars and teachers still question theory and practice. Specialists say there is no need to include environmental education as a subject taught by a biology or science teacher or any other professional in this area, as they say that teaching environmental themes through other subjects is said to be the very best way to work out environmental principles. However, teachers are not trained or prepared to work environmental contents through other contexts. So, to reduce or minimize such problems, projects - aiming at involving local communities, teachers and students - seem to be the most effective way to make people learn and also understand their roles in terms of social and environmental responsibility.
