iPad and iPhone as Resources for Teaching Music in Higher Education

摘要
Next generation mobile phones and tablets are revolutionizing the way people communicate around the world, how information is accessed and, consequently, how new knowledge is produced. Due to the fact that it is an emerging phenomenon, there are still doubts about how they can be implemented and about their possibilities in relation to the educational arena in general and to higher education and music in particular. Therefore, this article presents a prospective study on these possibilities, based on a documental analysis and experience on their use and focusing on resources and applications that iPhone and iPad offer to music in Higher Education, perceived as paradigms of current mobile devices.
