REAL-TIME MULTICHANNEL PILOTING

Environmental stress screening, forecasting, or seven just analysis, of products under vibroacoustic loads, have spurred an industrial need for simulation systems. The market now offers a large class of systems, from uniaxial (or multi-uniaxial) toward multiaxis, with shock or stationary (sinusoidal, random) excitations. Frequently, the product under study is driven at several points (the inputs), by excitations which have to be consistent with a measurement or an estimate made at these same points. More seldom the vibration is specified for points which are not the inputs. To address this simulation aspect, several studies have been conducted by ONERA's the structural engineering group, which has developed veritable simulation hardware and software.
