摘要
An old maxim states, "When your feet hurt, everything hurts," and most people who have had to walk on a painful foot are quick to endorse this belief. Ironically, the majority of foot problems are self-induced, by patients who choose ill-fitting shoes and continue to wear them in spite of stress and friction. In this article, Dr Silfverskiold outlines how to identify and manage the most common foot disorders encountered in adults: bunions and bunionettes, discrete and diffuse plantar keratoses, seed corns, hard corns, soft corns, and "pump bumps."
