摘要
In recent years, best practices in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) focusing on corporate sustainability have become increasingly important. Communication is an intrinsic part of CSR, making dialogue with stakeholders possible; but it is not always effective. The objective of this study is to analyse and assess Catalan meat companies' management of CSR online communication by looking at web analysis variables for the CSR-related information that is made available on their corporate websites.
