Audit of Information to the Direction of Management of Science at University of Camaguey.

Information Management is the process by which basic resources are obtained, deployed or used to manage information. Information Audit is an Information Management tool to identify information, flows and resources, allows examining and evaluating the information resources available to the organization. The management of the institutional project entitled "Information Management for scientific technological activity in the integrated university", focused on carrying out an Information Audit to implement the Technological Information System for the University of Camaguey "Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz" which the research aims to: Audit the information of the Directorate of Science Management. Methods and techniques such as analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, interviewing were used and indicators were taken from the Artiles (2015) and Bryson (1997) model. The main results of the research were seven information flow diagrams corresponding to four procedures belonging to the Directorate of Science Management.
