ELECTRONIC EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES WITHIN INFORMATION SUPPORT OF DISTANCE EDUCATION RESOURCE CENTER

The paper analyzes the status and prospects of EER based on cloud technology. It is highlighted the level of scientific development, identified and substantiated design criteria and the structural elements of the EER (substantive, programmatic, methodological). It is noted that among the main tasks of the resource centers of distance education an important place is given to information management, through the use of electronic educational resources. The general characteristics of information provision of distance education resource centers is presented. It is determined that the main advantage of cloud platforms and cloud services using in resource centers are continuity and availability of learning anywhere and anytime.
