摘要
Transition rates, oscillator strengths, and collision strengths between the fine-structure levels of O III, obtained from a model which includes the configurations 2s22p2, 2s2p3, 2p4, 2s22p3s, 2s22p3p, and 2s22p3d are tabulated. The calculations were carried out using the Superstructure and distorted-wave computer programs developed at University College, London. Such data are needed for investigations of the O III level populations and line intensities at higher densities and temperatures and in the presence of photoexcitation processes which populate higher levels. © 1993 Academic Press.
