MODELING DYNAMICS OF OATS (AVENA-SATIVA) ONE-AGE CROPS IN THE PHYTOTRON

A model of dynamics of one-species plant community is elaborated and studied, with oats crops cultivated in the phytotron. The principal difference of the model suggested from traditional ones is in its non-local cheking of spatial interactions on the basis of members of the type of rolling up by spatial variables. The form of patchiness is determined by differences in properties of seeds sown in different points of the vegetational dish. The amplitude of these differences is determined by intensivity of spatial interactions, which presence is essential for both model and experimental dynamics to fit each other. Spatial competition deepen noticeably initial patchiness. Computational experiment indicated that in the present study case local competition is 2-3 lower than spatial one. Negative correlation is revealed between radius of the spatial competition and degree of seeds non-uniformity which is sufficient for patchiness formation.
