摘要
The Think Tanks is one of the political actors whom more development they have at the present time by his paper on the public opinion. These political actors develop and propose concrete actions on the political scene and one of their main resources is the strategies of communication in Internet because it allows them to arrive at a great number of citizens of direct way and foments the interactions between the Think Tanks and its public.
