摘要
We consider models of heterogeneous materials with frequency-dependent dielectric properties. We have developed these models based on familiar formulas for dielectric mixtures by replacing the constants and real parameters of the media by frequency functions with complex arguments. The frequency functions are selected from models of dielectric relaxation offered in courses on the physics of dielectrics. We implement our proposal in the form of an expert system.
