2-DIMENSIONAL IMPURITY-BOUND ELECTRON-HOLE COMPLEXES IN A STRONG MAGNETIC-FIELD

摘要
An interacting system of two-dimensional electrons and holes containing charged impurity in a strong perpendicular magnetic field is considered. Particles are assumed to occupy their N = 0 Landau levels with both components of spin ↑, ↓ included. The energies of low-lying impurity-bound states of exciton, three-particle complex and biexciton, characterized by a set of spin indices {σ} and conserved total angular momentum M are considered. © 1990.
