摘要：
The scope of this paper is to present a new method for calculation of three-dimensional magnetic head fields using the boundary element method for pole tips only. The results are compared with those which were achieved with full head discretization in two and three dimensions. Knowledge of head fields or potentials enables one to calculate the sine-wave- and arctan-response for different track positions. The method is realized in a system called B3M89 running on a PC.
