On behalf of the state gas producing company, GASPROM, and in cooperation with the Russian Development Institute for Measuring Systems, NIIIS, AEG is developing the Northern section of the Russian natural gas pipeline network. This network has a total length of 1200 km and an annual transport capacity of 90 billion cubic metres.
