Improve performance by working with others Trust - The defining factor: Part 2: How?

The previous article made a strong case for pharmacists to develop trust with their stakeholders. Professional and economic benefits were compelling reasons. We now ask how this can be achieved. The focus of this article is on how to improve trust in yourself and in your relationships with others. Later we will consider how to improve trust with specific stakeholder groups - within the organisation, the market and society at large (Figure 1).
